Lift Gear Online Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law and provides you with additional benefits in addition to those rights.

Garments & Accessories

We appreciate it’s not always easy purchasing garments online and understand that you may need to return items from time to time. We are committed to complying with the Consumer Guarantees as legislated by Australia Consumer Law and accept returns on any faulty or wrongly described merchandise at Lift Gear online store within a reasonable timeframe.

Full Price items

Change of mind returns are accepted online store full price garments, provided they are unworn, unwashed, in original condition (including all tags attached), accompanied by original receipt and returned within 14 days of delivery. Online purchases: Change of mind returns are not accepted on hosiery or lingerie. Purchasing from other outlets stores. Purchases must be returned at the original outlet.

Sale Items

We will happily exchange your sale item/s for a different size, colour or style, provided they are unworn, unwashed, in original condition (including all tags attached), accompanied by original receipt and returned within 14 days of delivery. Refunds can only be issued on sale items if faulty or wrongly described.  Full priced items may not be refunded after the exchange of a sale item unless faulty or wrongly described.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or be re-issued if lost or stolen. Vouchers are valid for 12 months.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please contact the Online Returns Department by emailing admin@liftgear.com.au

Faulty items can only be accepted if they are returned with proof of purchase and within a reasonable time after purchase. If you do not return the item within a reasonable time, we are not legally obliged to refund you but you may be entitled to have the goods repaired, receive a credit note or exchange at our discretion.

How to return or exchange an item By post – Process You must email Lift Gear admin@liftgear.com.au within 24 hours of receiving the products you wish to return and instructions from one of our customer service representatives will be provided to you on how to return the items. Items must be returned at your expense in an unopened and perfect condition in order to receive a full credit.

A return authorisation must be given or we may refuse the package. A 10% restocking fee will be applied for unopened items returned within 10 days of your receipt of shipment. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to returns after 10 days. No product returns will be accepted after 30 days. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Supplements 

Lift Gear will accept returns on unopened products for up to 30 days after you have received them for a full refund of the original purchase price (not including original shipping fee). We will not, under any circumstances, accept any returns on already opened items.

We are not a try and buy store. Since every individual has different perceptions on what does and does not taste good, opened products will not be accepted for return as a result of dissatisfaction with taste, dissatisfaction with product results, etc. Dissatisfaction with opened containers must be handled directly with the manufacturer of the product. Once we receive your items we will issue a refund in the form of a credit in the same form in which you paid for your goods, so via credit card, Paypal or to a bank account.

Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable and the purchaser will pay for return shipping. No product returns will be accepted after 30 days.

Return Policy – Process

You must email Lift Gear within 24 hours of receiving the products you wish to return and instructions from one of our customer service representatives will be provided to you on how to return the items. Delivery times:

Your order will be packaged and sent from our warehouse and completed within 1-3 business days. Please note that some orders may take longer but Lift Gear will be in communication with you if that is the case.

Transit times:

The transit time is the amount of time it takes for your order to leave our distribution centre and arrive at the local delivery depot and this may take up to 5 business days.

Back-orders & Flavours

From time to time we may experience product shortages due to high volume sales. Most often the product is on back order from the manufacturer. We will notify you via email or telephone if we do not have on-hand stock or the correct flavour to fill your order requirements. We may ship you an alternate flavour if the flavour is out of stock. These are rare instances but can happen on occasion.

Watches

Your watch comes with a 30-day warranty against manufactures defects. If for some reason you have a problem with your watch simply contact Lift Gear via our contact page and one of our customer service staff will be more than happy to help you out.

Your Lift Block watch is tested to 5 ATM water resistant. Showers, swimming etc is fine but high impact Water sports are not recommended and your watch will not be covered however we have had lots of happy board riders have no dramas with them.

The customers claim is void if:

  • The warranty time has lapsed, if the watch had improper repairs
  • The proof of purchase is not present
  • If any part of the watch case or band is damaged in any way
  • If the problem is caused by natural disaster (fire, flood etc)

If the watch has been misused or treated roughly, if the watch has water damage.

exchanges can be made within 7 days from purchase of your watch purchased directly from us, All returns are to be posted Via a traceable pre-paid carrier in case of loss or damage the customer is liable.

Please include your full Name and address followed by your order/invoice number and reason for returning.

Lift Gear highly recommends you return your parcel by registered post. This way you can track your parcel, and ensure it reaches us safe and sound. Lift Gear holds no liability on returns.
